Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Urth Bodyworks LLC, we are committed to providing excellent massage therapy services. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and we've established the following policy to be fair to both our clients and our therapists.

Cancellations
​
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. No-shows will be charged the full appointment cost.

Refunds
​
If you are unsatisfied with your service, please let us know immediately. We will work with you to address your concerns, which may include offering a complimentary follow-up session with the same or different therapist, or providing a credit toward future services.

Due to the personal nature of massage services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of your appointment.
We do not offer refunds for gift certificates or prepaid packages once they have been partially used.

Package and Membership Refunds
​
Prepaid massage packages and memberships are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with advance notice.
